Varun is an industry veteran with a proven track record of building and scaling organizations. He has successfully built operational execution across multiple businesses that have thrived through having a well-rounded culture. He has over 15 years of experience of owning, growing/scaling, and leading numerous organisations. He is also credited with providing P&L and Operations Leadership, designing and executing strategy, incubating ventures & steering M&A.

He Founded Align Knowledge Centre in 2010 and has been at the helm of the transformation of Align Knowledge centre to Align Techne .

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of initiating and building productive relationships to solve problems and seize opportunities.Built and managed staffing and talent acquisition functions for corporate IT services and product companies, and led operations in vendor management, contractor management, and RFP processes with top management consulting firms. Implemented and managed end-to-end recruitment solutions for clients in India and the APAC region.

At Align Techne he leads the talent acquisition strategic, delivering recruitment solutions, managing accounts, business development for executive search, permanent & contract hiring, RPO and MSP consulting.

PS Babu is a seasoned HR Advisor & Strategic HR Partner with over 25 years of strategic, operational, and leadership HR advisory experience. He is a versatile HR generalist with exposure to all domains of HR. His core competencies include generalist HR with a focus on operations, policies & procedures, compensation management, employee engagement, and implementing various HR tools. In his previous role at Network18, he played a key role in the HR team, contributing to Network18's recognition as a Great Place to Work for two consecutive years (2008, 2009). He has been at the helm of HR function at Align since October 2021.

Swamy is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in audit and assurance, internal audit, business consulting, compliance services, taxation, and ERP implementation. His diverse background features pivotal roles across various industries, enhancing his expertise in auditing, financial reporting, and business consulting. Notably, his career trajectory has seen him excel as an Assistant Manager, Senior Auditor, and Industrial Trainee with reputable organizations. Sunil's skill set is extensive, encompassing auditing, compliance, taxation, ERP systems, financial analysis, process optimization, internal controls, and SOX compliance, alongside strong leadership and mentorship abilities. His achievements are marked by significant contributions to internal audits and business process re-engineering, with a particular focus on sectors such as hospitality, education, pharmaceuticals, and IT services. Furthermore, Sunil has been instrumental in designing accounting systems, conducting financial due diligence and leading the financial strategy at Align Techne
