Align Techne started off as Align Knowledge Centre in 2010, with a sole purpose of getting talent ready to face the corporate world. We focused on building the ready pool for software companies so that budding talent could fit into the corporate world seamlessly. Our journey took us from training more than 45,000 graduates and recruiting close to 3,000 professionals for corporates,to today being a full stack technology services firm.
During the years, we have interacted with corporates, in the IT industry and product/platform services industry to understand where the gaps lay. We have focused on plugging those gaps, both from the talent pool side as well as from the process side.Today we are able to deliver the best in class services to our clients because we have a deep understanding of the end-to-end life cycle of talent in the technology industry.
