Journey
Align Techne started off as Align Knowledge Centre in 2010, with a sole purpose of getting talent ready to face the corporate world. We focused on building the ready pool for software companies so that budding talent could fit into the corporate world seamlessly. Our journey took us from training more than 45,000 graduates and recruiting close to 3,000 professionals for corporates,to today being a full stack technology services firm.
During the years, we have interacted with corporates, in the IT industry and product/platform services industry to understand where the gaps lay. We have focused on plugging those gaps, both from the talent pool side as well as from the process side.Today we are able to deliver the best in class services to our clients because we have a deep understanding of the end-to-end life cycle of talent in the technology industry.
2010 - 2012
Addressed the need to upskill fresh talent to meet the aptitude and softskills required to perform well in a corporate environment.
- Trained approximately 8000 fresh graduates
2014 - 2016
Worked with multiple corporates to upskill their existing work force to meet soft and technical skills required to enhance delivery and customer experience
2018 - 2020
Added Technology Consulting services to help transition small and medium enterprise strategies transitioning to become a technology driven organization
2022 onwards
Spearheading Automation, Cloud and Digital solution for leading platforms/products - End to end delivery of Corporate Strategy, Business and Technology Consulting, strong Solution delivery teams
2012 - 2014
Identified the gap in the technical skill set required by corporates that were not addressed by academia - Trained approximately 12,000 fresh graduates with new age technical skills to meet corporate demands
2016 - 2018
Inclusion of business consulting vertical to help corporates improve process efficiency, build corporate strategies, business compliance and continuity
2020 - 2022
Built In house delivery capabilities for Automation and ERP services to implement digital solutions - Started the Cloud Consulting Practice
